I loved the lounge area, it was like home. The staff were helpful, assisting with ticket printing and calling taxis. The beautiful room upgrade was great, with a spacious shower and plenty of room. The rooms were always nothing messy, with a fridge and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was a good start to the day, fresh and tasty. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station and close to the main boulevard.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to catch the bus to and from the airport. It is also situated in the shopping area of the city, with plenty of options for dining nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are equipped with amazing showers. The staff provides excellent service, assisting guests with any requests or directions they may need. The breakfast offers a decent selection of food to start the day.
Some guests have mentioned that their specific room requests were not met, resulting in a less than satisfactory view from their windows.

The breakfast at the hotel was really good, with a great variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, with easy access to public transportation and nearby stations.
There were a few negative aspects. the room we were assigned was not up to standard and seemed more like a converted storage area.
